Returns & Exchanges
NO CASH REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds for purchases or shipping charges. This includes returns for defective merchandise or for any other reason. Instead, we will replace or exchange your purchase as described below.
Exchanges within 14 days of purchase
If, for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to XO Vision within 14 days of receipt of your order, and exchange it for another item(s) of equal value. No refund is available.
If you would like to return an item for exchange, there will be a $10.00 per item restocking fee and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us.
Conditions for Exchanges
Any item returned for exchange must be in like-new condition and must be returned with ALL original manufacturer’s packaging, packing materials, and must include all accessories and manuals that were originally included.
Purchases not returned as specified above will be refused at the customer’s expense.
Within 90 Days
Any defective item may be replaced for the exact same item within 90 days of purchase. No cash refund is available for defective items or shipping charges.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item to us.

Within the One Year
The Customer may return defective items to XO Vision within one year of purchase for repair or replacement by paying the specified repair fee. This repair fee varies by product. Please call Customer Service to inquire about the amount of the Repair fee. There are no cash refunds available for defective items or shipping charges. Only manufacturer defects are covered; damage that may have occurred while in the possession of the customer, such as damage from dropping the product is not covered. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item to us.
We strive to ship orders within 3 business days of receipt, not including weekends and holidays.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, so a physical address must be provided.
Orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for the purchase. If the billing address on the credit card is a PO Box, the order will be cancelled and the credit card charge returned in full.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of purchases. Purchases may be shipped by either USPS or UPS at the discretion of XO Vision.
Customers should obtain adequate insurance coverage for the value of the item returned to XO Vision to cover the product in case of loss or damage. We are not responsible for any damage occurring during the shipment of any item to us.
On any exchange, shipping charges will not be refunded, without exception.
The XO Vision brands and its products are owned and operated by Shaghal, Ltd (“XO Vision” or the “Company”). This is a limited warranty for the product purchased and contained in the package (the “Product”) to you, as the original retail purchaser of the Product (“you”). For XO Vision to honor this limited warranty, you must present a valid, proof of purchase (i.e., a receipt) of the Product.
This warranty is void if Company deems, in its discretion, that the Product may have been damaged through modification, improper use, end user negligence, water damage, or tampering of the bar code of the Product unit. This warranty is a limited warranty for repair/replacement of product, subject to the conditions set forth herein.
XO VISION IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES AND COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE RETAIL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
Subject to the applicable provisions set forth herein, with regard to this limited warranty, you are responsible for all costs in connection with the shipping and handling of the Product to XO Vision, and XO Vision is likewise responsible for all shipping and handling of the Product back to you. XO Vision bears no risk of loss of the Product in connection with the transportation and shipment of the Product in any way relating to this limited warranty.
90 DAYS Parts & Labor
Limited Manufacturers Warranty – XO Vision warrants to you as the original retail purchaser of the Product, that should the Product have any defect, under normal conditions, such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned product (at the Company’s option) without charge, if submitted to XO Vision within a period of 90 days from the date of purchase of Product. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects and the Product must be returned to Company in its original condition. Proof of Purchase, in the form of a valid receipt, is required.
1 YEAR Limited Parts
The 1 Year limited parts warranty gives you the option to return Product to XO Vision for repair/replacement. You will be responsible for labor charges. This warranty does not cover any incidental or indirect costs incurred as a result of a defect in the Product, including any consequential, incidental or indirect damages.
